Building a trusted space where art lovers and collectors can discover authentic, high-quality artwork with complete peace of mind, has always been our priority.
Because of Art Goda’s growing global visibility and responsible community, we have recently discovered that unauthorized third parties have created illegal clone websites mimicking ArtGoda.com.
These copycat sites copy our layout, images of art, artwork descriptions without our permission, aiming to mislead art buyers into making purchases on fraudulent domains.
Some of such websites have recently been shut down, but new ones are popping up and we are still looking for a long term solution to eliminate this fraud by contacting domain name registrars, cyber security authorities, reporting it to Google, Bing, etc.
We want to make sure your art-buying experience remains safe, enjoyable, and secure and therefore are openly communicating about this problem.
How to Ensure You Are Buying Authentic Artwork
1. Before making a purchase or sharing personal details, please take a moment to verify your browser's address bar and check the exact web address.
The only official, legitimate online storefront for our gallery is ArtGoda.com and because of our Swiss origin, we are still using domain ArtGoda.ch.

We also collaborate with legitimate art platforms Artsper.com and Singulart.com - our art is not sold on any other website.
2. Look out for domain variations: fake websites often use subtle misspellings, extra words, or alternate domain extensions (such as .net, .shop, or .org). If the URL isn't strictly artgoda.com, it is not us.
3. Verify direct communication: official gallery correspondence and order confirmations will always originate directly from our official domains (artgoda.com / artgoda.ch).
What We Are Doing
We are actively monitoring these fake sites and taking immediate legal and technical action.
We report each fake domain to domain registrars, hosting providers, and cybersecurity authorities to have them removed as quickly as possible.
However, because cyber-scammers frequently launch new clone domains as soon as older ones are taken down, finding a permanent, long-term solution takes time.
We remain fully committed to defending our brand, supporting our artists, and safeguarding our collectors.
