SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free delivery for most of our artworks, some artworks are eligible for free shipping only in Switzerland and EU. Shipping costs to other destinations are calculated according to the size and weight of the packaged artwork.

SHIPPING METHOD
All artworks are shipped with a courier company SwissPost/TNT or Swiss Post. Buyers are provided with a tracking code and are able to track the package as soon as it is despatched.

DELIVERY TIME
The artworks are delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending on your location.

As soon as the order is placed, you will be notified about the estimated delivery times. 

INSURANCE
All shipped artworks are insured, buyers are not charged additionally for insurance.

PACKAGING
All artworks are packed safely and reliably.

- Small artworks on paper are shipped in hard non bending envelope.
- Small framed paintings are shipped in a cardboard box.
- Framed paintings and prints ship in a wooden crate.
- Prints that are sold without a frame ship rolled in a tube.
- All sculptures ship in wooden crates.

SHIPPING IN SWITZERLAND AND EU - IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Although artworks sold in EU and Switzerland are not charged with import duties, VAT might be applicable depending on the value of the artwork you are buying and importing. 


If an artwork needs to be delivered in Switzerland or any country in the EU we will cover import duties for you. 


IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Art Goda ships internationally with few exceptions. Please note that you are responsible for any import duties, taxes and VAT tariffs charged by your local customs. We are not in control of what your local customs may charge and are not charging you for any of these taxes. Please check with your local customs authorities to find out whether there are any import duties and/or VAT applied to your chosen artwork.
